Unconventional Music Publishing, established in 2014, is dedicated to discovering and supporting original artists with a distinctive voice. We also specialize in creating innovative music education manuals, offering fresh approaches to teaching and learning music. Our mission is to push boundaries, fostering creativity both in the artists we represent and in the educational resources we develop.

ARTISTS
Laura Raimondi
A singer, songwriter, and actress, she was accepted at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan at the age of 11, debuting at the Auditorium of Milan with the White Voices Choir under the direction of Maestro Chailly. Two years later, she developed a passion for pop music and began studying with Ginetta Tarenzi, renowned vocal coach for artists such as Mia Martini, Alexia, and Massimo Ranieri. She holds a diploma in acting from Teatro Carcano and in modern singing from Franco Mussida’s CPM. Since 2012, she has refined her craft with Maestro Zappatini. In 2014, she released her debut album Cabaret Macabro, followed by a tour and theater production Cabaret Macabro – Sei personaggi in cerca di cantautore, which earned praise from prominent figures like Francesco Renga and Elio Fiorucci. She has taught at the Lucio Campiani Conservatory in Mantua and several prestigious institutions in Milan. She also holds a degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation from the University of Milan.
Alex Filippi
A musician and musicologist, he studied classical guitar under Maestro Vera Ogrizović (Belgrade Conservatory) and flamenco guitar with one of the world’s leading instructors in the genre, Maestro Oscar Herrero. He furthered his studies in harmony with Maestro Maurizio Pepe (Conservatory of Santa Cecilia), pop songwriting with Tony Bungaro, and film composition with Riccardo Giagniand Ludovico Einaudi. Passionate about ethnic music, he has composed music for television and theater, including Much Ado About Nothing by W. Shakespeare for Teatri Possibili by Corrado D’Elia, and The Little Prince by Saint-Exupéry, adapted and performed by Catherine Spaak. As a guitarist, he has performed in France, Spain, the United States, Canada, and Lebanon, either as a soloist or as part of the acoustic trio Jazzmin with Laura Raimondi (vocals) and Giorgio Palombino(percussion). He holds a degree in Social Sciences from Ottawa University, Canada.
